Exchange or Return for a Refund
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
-The product is not sale items.
-The product is not clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive return request form and shipping address to return your item.
yofana will not refund the return shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number.
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. yofana will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to use insurance. yofana will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior. If you paid for your order using Paypal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service.
Include your return request form with your product that is being sent back to yofana.
Sale items will not be accepted for exchange/refund
